NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale Date entered July 20, 2020 and Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 25, 2020 and entered in Case No.: 19-1227-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and EUGENE SMILEY, MALINDA SMILEY-SMITH, BETTYE ANDERSON, MOZELL BRYANT, MOSE SMILEY, JOHNNY SMILEY, CLARENCE SMILEY, HORACE SMILEY, JIMMY SMILEY, REGINALD E. SMILEY, RODERICK J. DAVIS, GABRIELLE NEWSOME, ROGINALD C.E. SMILEY, PATRICIA ANN SMILEY, are the Defendants. Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on August 27, 2020 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
LOT 16, PRATHER'S THIRD ROYAL, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 46, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
