NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to the Order Granting Motion to Schedule Foreclosure Sale Date and the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure both entered on July 13, 2020, in case number 20-000472-CI of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CHARLES M. PARRISH, III and NANCY J. PARRISH, CO-TRUSTEES OF THE PARRISH FAMILY TRUST DATED DECEMBER 19, 1997, are the Plaintiffs and JULIETTE PASTIRJAK, DECEASED, ESTATE OF JULIETTE MASTRY PASTIRJAK, HEDY ANN PASTIRJAK FAGAN, SHERRY JANE PASTIRJAK KAUFIELD, ROBERT GEORGE PASTIRJAK, CINDY JO PASTIRJAK MEYER-WEBB HOSKIN, NANCY JEAN PASTIRJAK PARRISH, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., MEDIA GENERAL FLORIDA PUBLISHING GROUP, INC., D/B/A THE TAMPA TRIBUNE, UNKNOWN TENANT, and ALL HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEE, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF JULIETTE MASTRY PASTIRJAK, DECEASED, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on 2nd day of September, 2020, at 10:00 a.m., the following described property in Pinellas County, Florida as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 101, BUILDING E PHASE VI, CORAL POINTE AT HARBOURSIDE, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 7199, PAGE 1270, AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 7899, PAGE 195, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 105, PAGES 44 THROUGH 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE FINAL JUDGMENT AND FORECLOSURE SALE MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
