NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 4th of February 2020, and entered in Case No. 19-002012-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is the Plaintiff. Final Judgment is hereby entered in favor of the Plaintiff, against Defendants, CARLOS MONGIELLO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CARLOS MONGIELLO; TARA CAY III HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, Ken Burke Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 17th day of September 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, TARA CAY III, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 107, PAGES 1 AND 2, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
