CITY OF OLDSMAR, FLORIDA REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS 2020-013-RFP: BMX Track Retaining Wall Replacement Design-Build
The City of Oldsmar, Florida, a Florida Municipal Corporation, is soliciting proposals from qualified firms interested in furnishing Design-Build services for the design and construction of the BMX Track Retaining Wall Replacement project. The City intends to select one firm with demonstrated expertise in providing similar services to those requested herein.

Firms with demonstrated expertise on similar projects are invited to submit a proposal package. The Request for Proposal (RFP) can be obtained from the City of Oldsmar, Administrative Services Department, 100 State Street West, Oldsmar, Florida 34677-3655; or the City of Oldsmar website at www.myoldsmar.com beginning Friday, July 31, 2020. A NON-MANDATORY Pre-Proposal Meeting/Site Visit will be held on Thursday, August 27, 2020 at 10:00 AM EST at the BMX Concession Stand located within the Oldsmar Sports Complex. Questions regarding this RFP should be directed to Kathryn Farrelly, Procurement Analyst, at [email protected]. All questions must be received in writing no later than 2:00 PM, local time, Wednesday, September 2, 2020 and will be answered via written addendum.

Proposals shall be submitted to the City of Oldsmar, to the attention of the Administrative Services Department, 100 State Street West, Oldsmar, Florida, 34677-3655 no later than 2:00 PM, local time, TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 22, 2020.

The City of Oldsmar staff will evaluate the proposals based on the criteria established in the Request for Proposals and in accordance with Florida Statutes § 287.055, and rank the qualified firms in order of preference. After the ranking is completed, City Council approval will be sought to approve the ranking and award a negotiated Agreement, which will be in the best interest of the City, with the top ranked Firm.
