YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a Second Amended Verified Petition for Administration and an Amended Verified Petition for Approval to Sell Real Estate has been filed in this cause and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to each Petition on Richard May, Esquire, Petitioner's attorney, whose address is 2322 West End Avenue, Lakeland, Florida 33803 within twenty (20) days following the first date of publication of this Notice of Action and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Petitioner's attorney or immediately thereafter, and notifying the person served that failure to serve written defenses as required may result in a judgment or order for the relief demanded in the pleading or motion, without further notice.
