Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on March 17, 2020, in the Circuit Court of Polk County, Florida, Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Polk County, Florida described as:
LOT(S) 129, FOREST RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 139, PAGES 37 THROUGH 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 6126 FOREST RIDGE WAY, WINTER HAVEN, FL 33881; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale at 10:00 A.M., on-line at www.polk.realforeclose.com on July 15, 2020 to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by Section 45.031 F.S.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
