NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 7, 2020, and entered in Case No. 19-005671-CI of the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein VENDOME VILLAGE UNIT FOUR ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF DOLORES M. FLETCHER; DAWN CARR; DEANNA BLANKENSHIP; ELITE RECOVERY SERVICES, INC. AS ASSIGNEE OF JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, NA AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH PROVIDIAN BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are Defendants, Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: [ ] www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 7th day of July, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain condominium parcel composed of Apartment No. 6795 and an undivided share in those common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions, Easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of Vendome Village, Unit Four, a condominium as recorded in Official Records Book3475 at Page 441 and Condominium Plat Book 7 at Page 39, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
