TO: DEESOWN CORPORATION, a Dissolved Georgia Corporation; Eurith Dickson, Rivers, III; Lucille Lashley Rivers McCartney, a/k/a LUCILLE LASHLEY RIVERS MCcARTNEY, a/k/a LUCY RIVERS McCARTNEY, GEORGIA RIVERS SALVA, DOROTHY JAN RIVERS WARD, KYNA LUCILE McCARTNEY , whether dead or alive, together with his, her, its, or their heirs, and the unknown spouse(s) devisees, legatees and grantees of said named defendants and all those claiming by through and under said named defendants, or any of them, and all claimants, persons parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above-named defendants or parties or claiming to have any right title or interest in and to the lands hereafter described,
A fee simple interest to a one-sixth (1/6) interest in the following described unimproved real property located in Pinellas County, Florida, viz:
Lot 27, Block 1, INDIAN ROCKS BEACH, according to the map of plat thereof as recorded in plat book 4, at page 12, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with the portion of the vacated alley on the west which appertains to this lot.
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that Plaintiff ERNEST WILLIAM BIE, SR., Sole Trustee, the BOAT HOUSE TRUST, dated December 30, 1999, has filed a filed a Complaint to Quiet Title in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 19-007196-CI.
Any persons having an interest, claim or objection in this matter must serve a copy of his, her, their or its Claim or Objection or written defenses to it, if any, of the Petitioner's attorney, whose name and address are:
