NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Second Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 5, 2020, and entered in Case No. 17-000554-CI of the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein MAINLANDS OF TAMARAC BY THE GULF UNIT FIVE ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and BRENDA LUANNE WAGNER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BRENDA LUANNE WAGNER and UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2 AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION are Defendants, Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: [ ] www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 1st day of July, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
