NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Second Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 5, 2020, and entered in Case No. 17-000554-CI of the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein MAINLANDS OF TAMARAC BY THE GULF UNIT FIVE ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and BRENDA LUANNE WAGNER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BRENDA LUANNE WAGNER and UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2 AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION are Defendants, Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: [ ] www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 1st day of July, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 29, Block 100, The Mainlands of Tamarac by The Gulf Unit Five, Phase I, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 23, Pages 49 through 53, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida and being further described in the certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4485, Page 1 through 46, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with the exhibits attached thereto and made a part thereof.
