IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT

YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a Petition for Discharge and Final Report have been filed in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 315 Court Street, Clearwater, FL 33756. The name and address of the Guardians are Fred and Lula Blatz, 2401 Ecuadorian Way #23, Clearwater, FL, and the name and address of the Guardian's attorney are set forth below. The guardianship will be terminated in Florida because of the Ward's change of domicile to another state. The Florida Guardian will be discharged. A Guardian of the Ward has been appointed in the State of Indiana. The name and address of the Foreign Guardians are Fred and Lula Blatz, 2401 Ecuadorian Way #23, Clearwater, FL and upon termination of the Florida guardianship will be Jonathon Freese, 21943 Christopher Drive Elkhart, IN 46514, and the name and address of the Foreign Guardian's attorney is Paul D. Eash, 306 West High Street, Elkhart, Indiana 46516. A Petition for discharge is pending in the Florida guardianship based upon the change of domicile of the Ward. The guardian filed a Final Accounting on February 21, 2020 and petitioned for discharge on May 20, 2020. If there are no objections, this matter may be resolved without hearing and the jurisdiction over this case will be transferred to the Elkhart Superior Court of the State of Indiana, in and for the County of Elkhart. Any objections to the guardian's final report or to the petition for discharge must be filed with the clerk of the Florida court within the later of 30 days after service of these pleadings upon interested persons or the date of first publication of this notice. Objections shall be in writing and shall specify the nature of the objections with particularity. If a notice of hearing on the objections is not served within 90 days, any objections shall be deemed abandoned. The date of first publication of this Notice is June 5, 2020.
