Beginning at a point 244 feet North of the Southeast corner of Lot 5, Block 52, “HEITMAN'S BONITA SPRINGS TOWNSITE”, according to the map or plat thereof on file and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, in Plat Book 6, Page 24, run thence West 165 feet, run thence North 122 feet; run thence East 165 feet, and run thence South 122 feet to point of beginning; the West 15 feet being reserved for road purposes.
Parcel 2:
Begin at a point 244 feet North of the Southwest corner of Lot 5 Block 52, “HEITMAN'S BONITA SPRINGS TOWNSITE”, according to the map or plat thereof on file and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, in Plat Book 6, Page 24, run thence East 165 feet; run thence North 122 feet; run thence West 165 feet and run thence South 122 feet to point of beginning; the East 15 feet being reserved for road purposes.
