NOTICE OF INTEREST IN REAL PROPERTY TO PRESERVE GRANT OF EASEMENT
THIS NOTICE is filed pursuant to Section 712.03(2), Florida Statutes, to preserve and protect an interest in real property. Claimant, ERIC EDWARD LANE, hereby gives notice of his interest in real property as follows:
1. The name and mailing address of the Claimant hereby electing to preserve the Grant of Easement set forth herein are as follows:

3. A full and complete description of all land affected by this Notice is set forth in paragraph 4 hereof and is the legal description set forth in the below-referenced Grant of Easement.
4. The claim or interest for which this Notice is given is a Grant of Easement recorded at O.R. Book 640, Pages 1001 through 1002, in the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, which easement property is described as follows:
The East 30 feet of the West half of the West half of Section 6, Township 41 South, Range 27 East, and the East 30 feet of the West half of the West half of the West half of said Section 6, Township 41 South, Range 27 East, all in Charlotte County, Florida.
