YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien on the following property in POLK County, Florida:
LOT 57 OF FOREST RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 139, PAGE 37 THROUGH 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any to it on FLORIDA COMMUNITY LAW GROUP, P.L., Attorney for FOREST RIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF POLK COUNTY, INC., whose address is 1855 Griffin Road, Suite A-423, Dania Beach, FL 33004 and file the original with the clerk of the above styled court on or before June 3, 2020, (or 30 days from the first date of publication, whichever is later); otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the POLK BUSINESS OBSERVER (Newspaper)
