YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced against you to quiet title on real property, lying and being and situated in Sarasota County, Florida, which is more particularly described as follows:

Lot 2, Block 600, EIGHTEENTH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 6, 6A through 6V, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

Lot 12, Block 658, Fourteenth Addition to Port Charlotte Subdivision, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 13, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

Lot 54, Block 645, of Fourteenth Addition to Port Charlotte Subdivision, a subdivision according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 13, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any upon the Plaintiff in Pro-Se, Denice Haggerty, at the following address: 1861 Primrose Lane Wellington, FL 33414, within thirty days after the first publication of this notice, June 12, 2020, and to file the original with the Clerk of the Court either before service on said Plaintiff or immediately thereafter otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
