NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 4, 2020 entered in Civil Case No. 2020-CA-498 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the 6 day of July, 2020 at the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd Floor, Lobby 3315 Tamiami Trail, Naples, Florida 34112, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Condominium Unit 103-”C”, in Building “C”, of GOLF VIEW MANOR II, a Condominium, according to the Declaration thereof, as recorded in O.R. Book 892, Page 1, and any amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
