NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 8, 2020 entered in Civil Case No. 2020-CA-602 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the 6 day of July, 2020 at the 3rd Floor Lobby, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail Naples, Florida 34112, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 7, Building 132, Granada Lakes Villas Condominium, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 3969, Page(s) 1537, as amended, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
