HADAD, PATTI K. HADAD and PELICAN LANDING COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC, Defendants, the Clerk of the Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at lee.realforeclose.com at the hour of 9:00 a.m. on the 2nd day of July, 2020, the following property:
LOT 2, BLOCK B, PELICAN LANDING F/K/A PELICAN'S NEST, UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 58 THROUGH 60, INCLUSIVE IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031
