NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered February 7, 2020, Uniform Ex Parte Order ReschedulinGranting Plaintiff's otion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale Date entered May 28, 2020 and Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 19, 2020 and entered in Case No.: 18-CA-12449 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF THELTON HALL, THELTON HALL JR. and SYLVIA CHILDERS, are the Defendants. Pat Frank will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on July 27, 2020 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
