NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 04, 2020, and entered in Case No. 18-CA-6299 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST, is Plaintiff, and TANYA KAY PREZA A/K/A TANYA K. MCKENDREE, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 01 day of July, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The West 150.00 Feet of the East 330.00 Feet of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 35, Township 28 South, Range 20 East, Hillsborough County, Florida, Less the South 1100.00 Feet thereof of Section 35, Township 28 South, Range 20 East, Hillsborough County, Florida. Together with an easement for ingress and egress described as follows:
The South 15.00 feet of the North 220.00 feet of said Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 35, LESS the East 330.00 feet thereof, LESS road right-of-way on the West side thereof.

If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
