NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 04, 2020, and entered in Case No. 19-CA-001584 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2004-HE2, ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-HE2, is Plaintiff, and GERALD HAMMONS AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF GARY D. HAMMONS A/K/A GARY DALTON HAMMONS, DECEASED, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 02 day of July, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 8, Block 3, BREEZY MEADOWS, UNIT NO. 2, according to map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 52, Page 42, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
