NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 2, 2020 and entered in Case No.: 20-938-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF LARGO, is the Plaintiff and SAMEER G. MALKI, is the Defendant. Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on June 25, 2020 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
The North 208 feet of the East 225 feet of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 27, Township 29 South, Range 15 East, Pinellas County, Florida, LESS the North 33 feet thereof for highway purposes, ALSO LESS the East 50 feet thereof for highway purposes, AND FURTHER LESS AND EXCEPT that part of the heretofore described property lying within the following described tract, to wit: Commence at the Southeast corner of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 27, said corner being 2787.04 feet Easterly of the Southwest corner of said Section 27; run thence North 1 deg. 31'12' East, 1313.88 feet; thence run North 89 deg. 45'03' West, 50.01 feet to a POINT OF BEGINNING; continue thence North 89 deg. 45'03' West, 60 feet; thence run South 54 deg. 46'39' East, 48.06 feet; thence run South 24 deg. 29'00' East, 45.62 feet; thence run North 1 deg. 31' West, 69 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
