On or about February 20, 2019, Theresa A. Boucher was appointed plenary guardian of the person and property of PAUL E. BOUCHER in the Probate Court of Charlotte County, Florida, 350 E. Marion Avenue, Punta Gorda, Florida 33950, File No. 18-000159-GA. The names and addresses of the Plenary Guardian and the Plenary Guardian's attorney are set forth below.
A Petition for Discharge was filed herein because the Ward's domicile has changed to Guilford County, North Carolina. A Provisional Order on Petition to Accept Guardianship on Transfer from Another State was issued on April 17, 2020 by the Probate Court of Guilford County, North Carolina, File No. 20-E-1438. Theresa A. Boucher is acting pro se in the North Carolina matter.
The Plenary Guardian has scheduled a Hearing on the Petition for Discharge on July 30, 2020 at 1:30 p.m. for 15-minutes.
Any objection to the transfer of this guardianship matter to the Probate Court of Guilford County, North Carolina, shall be in writing and shall state with particularity each item to which the objection is directed and the grounds on which the objection is based, and any objection to the final report or the petition for discharge shall be filed within the LATER OF 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SERVICE OF PETITION FOR DISCHARGE OR THE DATE OF FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
Within 90 days after filing of the objection, a notice of hearing thereon shall be served or the objection is abandoned.
