COMES NOW, the Personal Representative, ROBERT A. MULL, of The Estate of Rudene Mull, by and through the undersigned counsel, pursuant to Florida Statute §733.2121, hereby files this NOTICE TO CREDITORS, and states as follows:
1. A Petition for Formal Administration for The Estate of Rudene R. Mull was filed on December 12, 2019, in the Polk County Circuit Courthouse located at 255 N. Broadway, Bartow, Florida 33830.
2. The Personal Representative, Robert A. Mull, is located at 6718 S. County Line Road, Lakeland, Florida 33811.
3. Kenneth H. Keefe, Esq., of The Keefe Law Group, P.A. located at 3221 Tyrone Boulevard North Petersburg, FL 33710, is counsel of record for the Personal Representative.
4. The date of the first publication is June 19, 2020 and the date of the second publication is June 26, 2020.
5. Creditors shall have 30 days to file their claims against the estate, pursuant to Florida Statute §733.702.
