NOTICE OF RULE DEVELOPMENT BY SOLTERRA RESORT COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
In accordance with Chapters 120 and 190, Florida Statutes, the Solterra Resort Community Development District (“District”) hereby gives notice of its intention to develop rules related to parking and parking enforcement (“Proposed Rules”). Among other things, the Proposed Rules establish prohibited street parking areas, tow-away zones, and towing/removal procedures.
The purpose and effect of these Proposed Rules are to provide for efficient and effective operations of the District as provided by section 190.035, Florida Statutes. Specific legal authority for the rules includes sections 190.011, 190.011(5), 190.012(3), 190.035(2), and 120.54, Florida Statutes. A public hearing will be conducted by the District on August 27, 2020, at 10:00 a.m., at the Solterra Resort Amenity Center, 5200 Oakmount Blvd., Davenport, Florida, 33837.
