RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Cancelling and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale Due to Continued State of Emergency Caused by COVID-19 entered on April 8, 2020 in Case No. 2018 CA 006652 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida, wherein SELF HELP VENTURES FUND, is Plaintiff, and LYUBOMIR OSADCHIY A/K/A LYUBOMIR YURYEVICH OSADCHIY, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 09:00 AM www.sarasota. realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 10 day of July, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 2, Block 69, 4TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 11, Pages 32, 32A through 32H, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
