NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 2, 2020, and entered in 11-2019-CA-004209-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein TOWD POINT MORTGAGE TRUST 2017-1, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE is the Plaintiff and SARA CALABRESE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SARA CALABRESE; REGIONS BANK D/B/A REGIONS MORTGAGE S/B/M AMSOUTH BANK; DISCOVER BANK are the Defendant(s). Crystal K. Kinzel as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on July 6, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
TRACT 85, LESS AND EXCEPT THE SOUTH 150 FEET THEREOF, GOLDEN GATES ESTATES, UNIT NO. 10, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE(S) 101 AND 102, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
