NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 3, 2020, and entered in Case No. 18-CA-005957, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-63 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-63 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and CARL NORIEGA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CARL NORIEGA; CITY OF CAPE CORAL, FLORIDA; SUNTRUST BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of the Circuit Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 22ND day of JULY, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 42, 43 AND 44, BLOCK 3066, CAPE CORAL, UNIT NO. 62, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE(S) 21 THROUGH 38, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
