Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County will sell the property situate in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as:
The North 10 Feet of Lot 12, and Lot 13, Block 16 of TAMPA'S NORTH SIDE COUNTRY CLUB AREA UNIT NO. 3, FOREST HILLS, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat Book 27, Page 51 through 67, inclusive, in the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida;
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, conducted electronically online at the following website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M., on July 15, 2020.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
