RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered on March 31, 2020 in Case No. 18-004743-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and JAMIE L. HIMES, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 09 day of July, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 1 and part of Lot 2, Described as follows: Begin at the Southeast corner of said Lot 2, thence North along Easterly line of said Lot 2, 27.00 Feet, thence North 86 Degrees 52 Minutes 35 Seconds West, 100.15 Feet to a point on the West line of said Lot 2, that is 31.00 feet North of the Southwest corner of said Lot 2, thence South along the said West line, a distance of 31.00 feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot 2, thence along South line of said Lot 2, South 89 Degrees 03 Minutes East, 100.00 feet to the point of beginning, Block 5, Bayou Bonita, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5 Page(s) 4 and 5, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. Together with the following extensions, as set forth in Instrument recorded in Official Records Book 14844, Page 2222: Extended side yard: The Northern one-half of the 10-foot wide access path lying South of Lot 1, from 4th Street South Easterly to Point C (the point of intersection of the centerline of the access path with the side Lot line Lyin
g between Lots 15 and 16, extended); and Extended rear yard: from the Southeast corner of Lot 1, Northerly along the platted rear Lot lines of lot 1 and fraction of Lot 2, to the Northeast corner of this fraction of Lot 2, then following the extension of the Northern boundary of this fraction of Lot 2 to the common rear Lot line, thence Southerly along the CRLL to Point B as described above, then Southwesterly along the CRLL to Point C, the Terminus of the CRLL, and then Northerly in straight Line to the Southeastern corner of Lot 1, the Point of Beginning.

If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
