NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit 8330, VENDOME VILLAGE UNIT THREE, a Condominium according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 6, Page 74, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 3412, Page 463, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and any amendments thereto. With the following street address: 8330 Burgundy Drive, Pinellas Park, Florida, 33781.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on August 4, 2020.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
