NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 23rd day of Jul, 2020, at 11:00 A.M. at, or as soon thereafter as same can be done at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, the Clerk of this Court will offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following real and personal property, situate and being in Pasco County, Florida to-wit:

Subject to utility easement parcel described as follows: An easement Parcel 4 feet in width lying in Lots 1 and 2, Block 5, Craft's Subdivision No.7 as shown on Plat recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 58, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida; the centerline of said 4 foot wide easement parcel being further described as follows: Commence at the Southeast corner of said Lot 1; thence run along the South boundary line of said Lot 1 North 89°45'00” West, a distance of 80.72 feet for a point of beginning of the centerline of the said 4 foot wide easement parcel; thence North 0°44'24” East, a distance of 100.00 feet to the North boundary line of said Lot 2 for a point of ending of the centerline of said 4 foot wide easement parcel said point of ending being South 89°45'00” East a distance of 79.69 feet from the Northeast corner of said Lot 2.

CRAFTS SUBDIVISION No.7, of the City of New Port Richey, Florida; said Lots and block being designated in accordance with the plat of said subdivision recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 58 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, and along with parts of Lots 1 and 2 further described as follows: Commence at the Southeast corner of said Lot 1 Block 5, thence North 89°45'00” West, 80.72 feet to the POB, thence continue North 89°45'00” West, 19.28 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 1; thence North 00°44'24” East 100.00 feet to the North boundary line of Lot 2, thence South 89°45'00” East 20.31 feet; thence South 00°09'00” West 100.00 feet to the POB all lying and being in Block 5 of C.E. Craft's Subdivision Unit 7.

The aforesaid sale will be made pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Civil No. 2018-CA-003285 now pending in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
