NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 9, 2020 and entered in Case No. 2019CA003351CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida wherein GERALD HERTZ AND FAY HERTZ, as Co-Trustees of the GERALD HERTZ REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT DATED 5/31/07 is the Plaintiff(s) and 13748 BRYNDLEWOOD CT, LLC., a Florida limited liability company, BLASINA M. BAUTISTA DE MORETA, JUAN L. MORETA, JUAN F. MORETA, THE PRESERVE AT FAIRWAY OAKS HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC., a not for profit Florida corporation; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION # 1; AND UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION # 2, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the 11th day of August, 2020 at www.pasco.realforeclose.com the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
