NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 15, 2020, and entered in Case No. 36-2019-CA-002856 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, As Trustee, Successor In Interest To Bank Of America, National Association, As Trustee, Successor By Merger To Lasalle Bank National Association, As Trustee For Merrill Lynch Mortgage Investors Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-RM2, is the Plaintiff and Chil Etienne, Yanick Etienne, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 17th day of August, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
