NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, entered June 18, 2020, in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Lee County Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder the following described property in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes:
Unit No. 1202 in Building No. 12 of Village of Stoneybrook II, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Instrument No. 2006000205650, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida; as amended
for cash in an Online Sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com beginning at 09:00 AM on July 23, 2020.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031
