NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale Date entered June 19, 2020 and Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 27, 2020 and entered in Case No.: 19-2497-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and GOLDY WARNER, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF JEFFREY WILLIAM WARNER A/K/A JEFFREY W. WARNER, DECEASED, GOLDY WARNER, RICK LEWIS, TRUSTEE OF TRUST #415, IMPAC FUNDING CORPORATION, A CALIFORNIA COMPANY, WELLS FARGO, NA, are the Defendants. Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on July 22, 2020 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
S 42 FT OF LOT 1, BLK 34, ST. PETERSBURG INVESTMENT COMPANY SUBDIVISION, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 16, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
