NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, Clerk of Court, will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
That certain parcel consisting of Unit No. 303, as shown on Condominium plat of SHORE MANOR BUILDING OF TOWN APARTMENTS SOUTH NO. 102, INC., A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Condominium Plat Book 2, Pages 30 and 31, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded October 18, 1967 in Official Records Book 2696, Pages 454 through 508, together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made, all as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with the exhibits attached thereto and made a part thereof; and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
