NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, Clerk of Court, will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
PARCEL 201: Being a portion of LOT 14, SUNKETCH TOWNHOMES AT CYPRESS LAKES, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 116, Pages 20 through 22, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida and being more particularly described as follows: BEGIN at the most Southerly corner of said Lot 14, also being a point on the Northwesterly right-of-way line of Pine Avenue North (a 140 foot wide right-of-way) thence along the rear lines of Lot 14 the following two (2) courses; (1) thence North 68º55'53” West, for 46.62 feet; (2) thence North 48º29'05” West (being the basis of bearings of this description) for 21.14 feet; thence North 38º32'56” East, along a line of which a portion is along the centerline of a concrete block wall separating two townhomes, for 139.55 feet to a point on the Southerwesterly right-of-way line of Hemingway Drive (having a right-of-way width that varies); thence along said right-of-way line the following two (2) courses; (1) thence South 48º26'50” East, for 49.44 feet to the point of curvature with a curve concave to the Southwest; (2) thence Southeasterly along the arc of said curve having a radius of 25.00 feet, a central angle of 93º08'14”, an arc 40.64 feet and a chord bearing South 01º52'39” East, for 36.31 feet to the point of compound curvature with a curve concave to the Northwest, also being the Northwesterly right-of-way line of aforesaid Pine Avenue North; thence along said right-of-way line the following two (2) courses; (1) thence Southwesterly along the arc of curve having a radius of 1030.00 feet; a central angle of 00º18'42”, an arc length of 5.60 feet and a chord bearing South 44º50'49” West for 5.60 feet to the point of reserve curvature with a curve concave to the Southwest, (2) thence Southwesterly along the arc of said curve having a radius of 1170.00 feet, a central angle of 04º27'42”, an arc length of 91.11 feet and a chord bearing South 42º46'15” West, for 91.09 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.

IF THIS PROPERTY IS SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION, THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM THE SALE AFTER PAYMENT OF PERSONS WHO ARE ENTITLED TO BE PAID FROM THE SALE PROCEEDS PURSUANT TO THIS FINAL JUDGMENT.
