NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Amended Final Judgment Nunc Pro Tunc entered June 23, 2020 and Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 13, 2020 and entered in Case No.: 19-7541-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and RONALD CHARLES VOGT, TINA MARIE VOGT, DONA JEAN TINSLEY and GLENN ALLEN VOGT, are the Defendants. Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on July 29, 2020 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
