NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 17, 2020, entered in Case No. 482019CA009409A001OX of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee for NRZ Inventory Trust is the Plaintiff and Paul Rodriguez; Unknown Spouse of Paul Rodriguez; Lourdes Noemi Figueroa a/k/a Lourdes N. Figueroa; Unknown Spouse of Lourdes Noemi Figueroa a/k/a Lourdes N. Figueroa are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00AM on the 18th day of May, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, OF RIO PINAR LAKES - UNIT III - C, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, AT PAGE 145, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
