NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 18, 2020 and entered in Case No. 2017-CA-009739-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and GERALDINE HUEY; STEVEN JEFFREY HUEY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEVEN JEFFREY N/K/A CHRIS HUEY; ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 N/K/A STEVEN HUEY, JR., are Defendant(s), Russell Tiffany will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on April 1, 2020 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK X, SOUTHWOOD SUBDIVISION, SECTION 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK X, PAGE 83, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
