MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and WALDEN PALMS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANIBAL ESPINOSA; MILIXA RAMIREZ; DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF IMPAC SECURED ASSET CORP., MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1 are the Defendant(s). Tiffany Moore Russell as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on April 16, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
