NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in Charlotte County Civil Case Number 19001232 CA of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, that the following property will be sold in Charlotte County, Florida by the Charlotte County Clerk, described as:
Lot 85, Block 2, ROTONDA SANDS NORTH REPLAT-UNIT 1, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 11, Pages 4A through 4z2, of the public records of Charlotte County, Florida.
