The Sheriff's Office will retain custody of the listed property for 90 days from the date the property was submitted to the Property and Evidence section of the Sheriff's Office. Items that are not claimed by the rightful owner after 90 days may be donated to a charitable organization, traded to another local government or state agency, sold at auction or retained for use by the Sheriff's Office.
