RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered on February 18, 2020 in Case No. 2015CA-001462-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and TELISHA MITRAVICH A/K/A Telisha Marie Mitravich, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Stacey M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 24 day of March, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 51, BERKLEY RIDGE PHASE I, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 133, Page 48, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
