NOTICE is hereby given that Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Polk County, Florida, will on April 7, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. EST, via the online auction site at www.polk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Polk County, Florida, to wit:
Beginning at the NE corner of Lot 12, Block B of M.L. Varn's Subdivision, Eagle Lake, Florida, as shown by map or plat thereof recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Circuit Court in and for Polk County, Florida, in Plat Book 4, Page 83, run thence Northeasterly and parallel to and along the Old Winter Haven-Bartow Highway, 400 feet, thence Northwesterly 265 1/2 feet from the center of the A.C.L. Railroad Tract to a Point of Beginning, thence Southwesterly 10 feet, thence Northwesterly 100 feet, thence Northeasterly 110 feet, thence Southeasterly 100 feet, thence Southwesterly 100 feet to the Point of Beginning, lying and being in the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 6, Township 29 South, Range 26 East.

pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court, the style and case number of which is set forth above.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
If the sale is set aside for any reason, the Purchaser at the sale shall be entitled only to a return of the deposit paid. The Purchaser shall have no further recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee or the Mortgagee's attorney.
