NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 20, 2020, and entered in Case No. 53-2019-CA-004020 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Mr. Cooper, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Kevin James Poole, deceased, Oakford Estates Phase Two Property Owners' Association, Inc., Holly L. Poole, Hailey Poole, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the March 26, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 5, OAKFORD ESTATES PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 139, PAGES 34, 35 AND 36, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
