Torres aka Nicholas Torres, Florida Housing Finance Corporation, Aqua Finance, Inc., Poinciana Village Three Association, Inc., Association of Poinciana Villages, Inc, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the March 25, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
