NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 25, 2020 in the cause pending in the Circuit Court, in and for Collier County, Florida, Civil Cause No. 11-2019-CA-004553-0001-XX, the Office of Crystal Kinzel, Collier County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in said County described as:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
