NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above noted case that the following property, will be sold in Sarasota County, Florida by the Sarasota County Clerk, described as:
Lot 18, less the West 27.52 feet thereof, Block 944, Fifteenth Addition to Port Charlotte Subdivision, according to the map or Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 14, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida commonly known as 8104 Agress Avenue, North Port, Florida 34287
At public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on the 26th day of March, 2020. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be by ACH, wire transfer, cash, cashier's check, or money order payable to the Clerk of the Circuit Court. Final payment must be made on or before 4:00 p.m. of the date of sale by ACH, wire transfer, cash, cashier's check, or money order.
