NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 25, 2020 (the “Judgment”), entered in Civil Case No. 19-CA-8924, in the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein TRUIST BANK, successor-by-merger to SUNTRUST BANK, is Plaintiff, and THE RAINBOW GROUP, LLP, RAINBOW ENGRAVING, INCORPORATED, LORRAINE E. CRABB, LAURA A. FARRAR, DIANA L. JEWELL, Sunshine State Economic Development Corporation, f/k/a TAMPA BAY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, and THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION are Defendants. Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court to the highest and best bidder (as described below) for cash at www. hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on April 29, 2020, the following property (collectively the “Property”) set forth in said Final Judgment located in Hillsborough County, Florida:
Lots 10 and 11, Block 5, Clayton Subdivision at Brandon, LESS the South 15 feet thereof, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 30, page 37, of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida
having the street address of 201 E. Robertson Street, Brandon, Florida 33511.
The “highest and best bidder” for purposes of this Notice of Sale, is defined as the party who bids the largest amount of money to purchase the Property and who completes the sale in a timely fashion. The one who bids the largest amount of money to purchase the Property shall be permitted to complete the sale by delivering to the Clerk, the balance of final bid amount plus the court registry fees no later than 12:00 PM EST, the next business day following the sale.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE
